Leave policy with real balances
Choose the leave types you offer — casual, sick, earned, comp-off and optional holidays — and each one’s yearly quota. Teachers apply from the app; balances go down when leave is approved.
The academic year’s holidays
Add fixed and optional holidays one by one, or import the whole list from a CSV, and they apply to every staff member at once.
Several campuses or schools
Each campus can be its own location with its own geofence, and a trust running more than one school can see each one from a single login.
Salary from attendance
Set each person’s salary and see what the month comes to, with loss-of-pay days and the reason for each. Payslips as PDFs are on the Business plan.
Data kept in India
Everything is stored in Microsoft Azure’s Central India region, and staff can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of their data from the app.
